Our realtime messaging provider has scheduled a second window of urgent maintenance on their system to solve the problems of the past few days. During this time realtime messaging may be unstable. Messages can still be sent in Pronto, but unread badge counts and realtime messages appearing in chat may be affected. Usually a refresh of the browser or restarting the mobile app will reload any missed messages.
