On Saturday, November 22 at 03:00 MST we will be performing maintenance on our Canvas and Blackboard integrations. During this maintenance all Pronto services relating to Canvas and Blackboard will be unavailable. This includes course synchronization, the Pronto widget in Canvas and Course Management. Course synchronization will resume automatically once the maintenance is complete. We estimate downtime to be 1-2 hours.
The Pronto apps will NOT be affected and will continue working normally during the maintenance.
