We will be upgrading our primary database engine tomorrow at 8:00am MDT. This will address a number of issues, including the inability to use some emoji in group nicknames. This will require some brief downtime, but we do not anticipate it taking longer than 15 minutes. Please contact support@pronto.io if you have any questions or concerns.
